Return & Refund Policy

Office Supplies: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at anytime for a credit or refund*. The original receipt or invoice number is required. All returned product must be listed in Global Office Solutions’ most current online catalog, be in the original packaging, and be in resaleable condition.

Short Ship/Mis-Ship/Damaged Delivery: If your order arrives and there is a short ship, a mis-ship, or a damaged item(s), you must notify Global Office Solutions of the error no later than 5 Business Days after the delivery is received for a credit or refund. Original Receipt or invoice number is required.

Software: We are only able to accept software that is unopened and returned within 10 Business Days of purchase for a credit or refund*. Original Receipt or invoice number is required.

Technology: Due to the limited life span of technology products, they may only be exchanged for the same item within 10 Business Days of purchase*. Items that do not qualify under Global Office Solutions’ return policy may qualify for service or repair under the appropriate manufacture’s warranty. Contact Global Office Solutions should you need any assistance with the manufacturer’s contact information.

Furniture: Any stocked furniture item that is in new condition, unassembled, and in the original packaging with UPC code may be returned within 10 Business Days of purchase date for a credit or refund*. Original Receipt or invoice number is required.

Custom and Special Order Items: Custom and special order items may not be returned due to their unique characteristics.

All eligible returns will be refunded by the same method of payment that was used for the original order.

*A restocking fee may apply.
